Description

Can you help our customers with continuing to indulge their love of fresh fruit and veg? Do you have experience in creating delightful moments across the customer lifecycle? Can you balance creativity with magnificent analytical skills to improve customer lifetime value?

The Role:

As our Retention & Lifecycle Manager, you'll play a vital role within our marketing team. You'll champion Oddbox to our customers (and vice versa) from customer sign-up throughout their entire journey with Oddbox. You won't be alone in all of this, you'll manage our talented CRM executive, and work closely with our wider marketing team
  • Oversee our comprehensive lifecycle strategy to maximise lifetime value
  • Own the onboarding journey and ensure it stays relevant to our customer needs
  • Optimising churn prevention and winback
  • Deliver cross-channel initiatives and programmes, including referral and cancellation funnels,  aimed at maximising customer base size
  • Design and plan new ideas for sustainable AOV growth in collaboration with our working groups
  • Support Oddbox's product optimisation for existing and new customers

What we’re looking for:

You'll need to have the ability to deliver end-to-end lifecycle projects, building buy-in from internal and external collaborators. You'll already have a great understanding of how lifecycle projects can impact a diverse range of internal teams
  • You'll have a commercial mindset, able to think strategically and act mindfully
  • You'll be results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • You're no stranger to direct-to-customer marketing
  • Data is one of the sparks that will bring out your creativity. Whether you're using spreadsheets or BA tools (we use Looker and Google Analytics) you can use data to create the story of which tests to run and why.
  • You're a confident leader who can inspire not only your direct report, but also collaborators on the projects that you're involved in.
  • You'll understand how to lead and coach within CRM skillsets
